Your hand-embroidered T-shirt is made to order, specifically for you: allow up to 10 days maximum for its creation, plus shipping time via colissimo.

   2 working days for France

   Between 5 and 10 days depending on the destination (Europe, Overseas, international)

Independently of events not under Brutale Broderie's control: pandemic, strike, default of transport providers, bad weather...

The delivery of all orders in Metropolitan France and internationally is made by Colissimo.

Exceeding the delivery period may not give rise to the payment of damages for any reason whatsoever.

For reasons, notably of security, the Seller will not process any order for which a hotel, post office box or Cedex address is provided.

The Products will be shipped to the Delivery address that you have indicated during the order process.

In the event of an error in the wording of the Customer's contact details, the Seller shall not be held liable for the impossibility of delivering the Product(s) ordered.

How much does delivery cost?

Metropolitan France: free shipping costs

European Union and Switzerland: €12.55

Overseas: €9.60

Eastern European countries (outside the EU), Norway and Maghreb: 17€.

African countries (excluding the Maghreb), Canada, United States, Russia, Near and Middle East: €24.84


The possibility of exchange and refund is possible within 14 days of receipt of your order.

Send a message to pauline@brutalebroderie.com specifying your reason, the reason for your return and your wish = exchange or refund.

Please attach a photo to your email if an item has arrived damaged.

If the package is lost through the intermediary (La Poste, Chronoposte, others) the reimbursement cannot be made.

The refund period is from 3 to 7 working days after receipt of the package.

Only the item and not the delivery will be reimbursed.

Conformity of delivery

The number and condition of the Products must be checked by the Customer at the time of delivery. The Seller shall be obliged to take back the Products in the event of delivery of non-compliant or deteriorated Products upon delivery.

 The Customer must have any apparent defects, missing or damaged Products notified in writing to the carrier with clear, precise and complete reservations on the delivery note.

The Customer must return the non-conforming Product to the Seller as soon as possible.

Unless the Seller's exclusive liability is indisputably established or is expressly recognised by the Seller, the costs and risks of return shall be borne by the Customer.

The Seller reserves the right to refuse the return if the Products are not in their original condition.

If the Customer fails to comply with the above-mentioned procedure, the Customer shall be presumed to have waived any action against the Seller and/or the carrier and to have received the goods in conformity and in good condition.

Consequently, the Seller shall not accept any claim, return or request for credit from the Customer.

For orders concerning the personalisation requested by the Customer via the choice of a motif and colours in agreement with the designer, any right of retraction cannot be exercised. No return or refund will be possible.
